We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes. This license does not include the right to sublicense, resell, or redistribute the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including QuickBooks Online (Intuit), Dropbox, and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or actions of third-party services.
You retain ownership of all financial data you upload or import into the Service. You grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely to provide the Service. We will not access your data except as necessary to operate the Service or as required by law.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@portioned.pro.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
